Product

Our chrome concentrate  products are washed to be ready and after smelting serve a purpose greater than that of it own..

Quality: We are committed to delivering quality products & services, adhering highest standards of excellence, reliability & performance.

Sustainability: We are dedicated to promoting environmental sustainability and mitigating climate change by harnessing the power raw minerals to create a better world.

These are the processes we follow

Feed Introduction: We feed the slurry (a mixture of water and finely ground ore) into the spiral from the top.

Gravity Separation: As the slurry flows down the spiral, gravity causes the denser particles to move towards the inner part of the spiral, while the lighter particles move towards the outer edge.

Collection: At the bottom of the spiral, splitters are used to separate the different density fractions into concentrate, middlings, and tailings.

Tailings and Middlings:

The waste material, known as tailings, is usually store for further processing to recover any remaining valuable minerals.

Belt Material: Typically made from high-strength materials like rubber or steel to handle the abrasive nature of chrome ore .

Drive Mechanism: Includes motors and pulleys that provide the necessary force to move the belt and its load.

Support Structure: Consists of idlers and rollers that support the belt and help maintain its tension and alignment.

Control Systems: Automated systems that monitor and control the speed, direction, and load of the conveyor belt.

Safety Features: Includes emergency stop buttons, guards, and sensors to ensure safe operation.

Conveyor Belt

Primary Crushing: The raw chrome ore is initially fed into a jaw crusher, which reduces the ore to smaller sizes.

Secondary Crushing: The material from the jaw crusher is then transferred to a cone crusher for further reduction .

Screening: After crushing, the ore is passed through vibrating screens to separate it into different size fractions.

Milling: The screened ore is then milled in a ball mill to achieve the desired fineness1.

Gravity Separation: The milled ore is processed using gravity separation methods such as jigging or spiral concentrators to separate the chrome concentrate from the waste material 12.

This process ensures that the chrome ore is efficiently crushed, screened, and separated to produce high-quality chrome concentrate.

Crush & Screen

Our Room and pillar mining is commonly done in flat or gently dipping bedded ores. We leave pillars in place in a regular pattern while the rooms are mined out. In
