As an enterprise we stock ethane pure gas to be used in a variety of applications, including the production of ethylene in the chemical industry. Ethane is also available as a component in various specialty gas mixtures, including hydrocarbon gas mixtures, ASTM blends and natural gas calibration standards, such as

• high-ethane,
• GPA,
• calorimetric,
• pipeline and
• extended analysis.

Ethane in air and/or nitrogen gas mixtures are used as span gas calibration mixtures in engine emissions testing in the automotive industry. They are Part 86 compliant.

Ethane in a balance of air or nitrogen is also available in nonreturnable Mini-Mix (TM) Transportables when smaller quantities are needed for laboratory and industrial hygiene and safety applications.
